About the Illustrator

Hi, I’m Emily! I am seventeen years of age, and have been drawing for about as long as I can remember. After my first taste of art lessons in sixth grade, I have found that colored pencil and clay sculpture are my favorite art medias.I currently reside in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with my mom, dad, little sister, and two cats – one of which reminds me a lot of the infamous Purrkins. I have especially enjoyed the privilege of working with Kathryn on “A Tale of Tails” and hope to work again with her in the future.
