Hi, I’m Kathryn! I am sixteen years old and I have loved writing ever since I was a little girl. I have been homeschooled all my life, and love it! It’s great having my mom as my teacher.I started writing my stories about Purrkins and Pit-Pat when I was thirteen. They were written for an elderly gentleman named Gordon, and you can read more about that on the About page.Some things I really enjoy doing are writing (obviously!), reading, cooking, riding my bike, sewing, embroidery, knitting and crocheting. I also love cuddling our four lovable cats, Basha, Scamper, Gavana and Jojie. Gavana is my own cat and here’s a picture of her:

I think probably my two favorite Purrkins and Pit-Pat stories are “The Kitchen Counter Caper” and “The Dinner Party Disaster.” (You can read excerpts from both of them on the Fun Stuff page). Right now only the first book is available for sale; but I am very excited because Emily is now drawing the illustrations for the next book, “The Kitchen Counter Caper”! Yay!
